A Training Institute must have been certified and undergone training at a recognized training institute or direct on site training from neudebri associates.

Minimum  purchase of 100 educational kit to qualify as an institution with exploitation rights and published on website.

They may organize TOT and expand to any area they wish to cover. They may accept TOT projects from any country.
